To place an order on our website, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate contact details including name, phone number, address, and email.

All our products are homemade, prepared in small batches using natural ingredients. We take great care in maintaining hygiene, but our kitchen may handle:

• Nuts
• Sesame
• Dairy
• Gluten

Customers with allergies must check ingredient details or contact us before placing an order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments can be made via:

• Online payment methods available on our website.
• UPI / bank options (for custom WhatsApp orders).

Note: Cash on Delivery is NOT available. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

Processing Time: We usually ship within 1–2 working days from the date of order. For some made-on-order items, processing may require 2–4 days based on the recipe and ingredients availability.

• Bengaluru: We use Porter, Dunzo, Delhivery or other local partners for fast delivery in nearby locations.
• Outside Bengaluru: We ship via trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking link via email / Whatsapp once shipped.

No Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products.

Damaged Items: Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos/video via WhatsApp at 9353363613.

Cancellations: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as preparation begins immediately.

Your personal information (name, phone, address) is used only for order processing and delivery. We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.

By signing up for an account or placing an order, you agree to receive mobile notifications (SMS/WhatsApp) regarding your order updates and delivery status by default. You can change your communication preferences anytime from the 'My Profile' section.
