To place an order on our website, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate contact details including name, phone number, address, and email.

All our products are homemade, prepared in small batches using natural ingredients. We take great care in maintaining hygiene, but our kitchen may handle:

• Nuts
• Sesame
• Dairy
• Gluten

Customers with allergies must check ingredient details or contact us before placing an order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments can be made via:

• Online payment methods available on our website.
• UPI / bank options (for custom WhatsApp orders).

Note: Cash on Delivery is NOT available. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

Processing Time:

• All our food products are freshly prepared in small batches. We usually ship within 1–2 working days from the date of order.
• For made-on-order items, processing may require 2–4 days based on the recipe and ingredients availability.

Delivery Methods:

• Standard Courier Delivery (All Locations): We ship all orders using Shiprocket, which works with trusted courier partners to deliver orders safely across Bengaluru and other locations. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp to track your shipment in real time.
• Hyperlocal / Express Delivery (On Request – Bengaluru Only): Our products are made to order to ensure freshness. If you require faster delivery immediately after your order is prepared, you may opt for hyperlocal delivery within Bengaluru at an additional cost. To arrange express delivery, please contact our support team after placing your order. Hyperlocal delivery charges will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges:

• Charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery pincode, package weight, and courier partner rates.
• We follow a 100% transparent pricing policy and charge only live shipping rates provided by our courier partners—no hidden fees.

No Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products.

Damaged Items: Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos/video via WhatsApp at 9353363613.

Cancellations: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as sourcing raw material for preparation begins immediately.

Your personal information (name, phone, address) is used only for order processing and delivery. We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.
