We take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering your homemade, healthy products. Please read our policy below.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All our food products are freshly prepared in small batches. We usually ship within 1–2 working days from the date of order. If there is any delay due to ingredient availability, we will inform you.
  • Some of our products are prepared fresh on order. For these made-on-order items, processing may require 2–4 days based on the recipe and ingredients availability.

Delivery Methods

  • Standard Courier Delivery (All Locations): We ship all orders using Shiprocket, which works with trusted courier partners to deliver orders safely across Bengaluru and other locations. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp to track your shipment in real time.
  • Hyperlocal / Express Delivery (On Request – Bengaluru Only): Our products are made to order to ensure freshness. If you require faster delivery immediately after your order is prepared, you may opt for hyperlocal delivery within Bengaluru at an additional cost. To arrange this, please contact our support team after placing your order. Hyperlocal delivery charges applicable must be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery pincode
  • Package weight
  • Courier partner rates

We follow a 100% transparent pricing policy and charge only live shipping rates provided by our courier partners—no hidden fees.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Shipping details and tracking links are sent once the order is handed over to the courier.

Returns & Refunds

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any food products once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Report Issue on WhatsApp

*Photos/Video of the damage is mandatory.

Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Since we prepare fresh batches based on confirmed orders, we are unable to modify or refund an order once the preparation has begun.
